This simple two-storied Bhutanese palace holds immense importance as the birthplace of Bhutan’s third King, His Majesty Jigme Dorji Wangchuck, who was born here on May 2nd, 1928. It was also where he spent much of his early childhood, making it a poignant landmark connected to the lineage of the Bhutanese monarchy.
